In this Video Short, I discuss in summary what is a subject that comes up time and again in my Coaching & Mentoring. Team Work!

Some believe it just needs a strong and effective Leader – but a Leader is not a Leader unless people follow them. How many apparent Leaders fail that very first test?

And what are the outcomes of real Team Work? Well, for that you need a ‘Terms of Reference’ – what is the Team expected to deliver, and what are its core expected Behaviours? A great Team will rally around these and self-police its operation.

Just a few elements of my discussion this week, and we see all the hallmarks of a great Team every week in the Sporting arena. It can be very obvious when we watch our Sporting Teams whether it is a “Unit” or whether it is simply a group of Individuals without common purpose.
