How we unlock potential and improve performance

Coaching with Purpose

The Clarendon coaching philosophy, ‘Coaching with Purpose’, sits at the heart of all work we do and is an amalgamation of our values, beliefs, approach and methodology.

Returning to first principles is key for focus and success and this underpins all of Clarendon’s engagements.

  • A bespoke service with clear and tailored objectives
  • Engagements designed to be evaluated and holistically rather than solely from a financial standpoint
  • Embedding into your organisation and culture to ensure objectives of both the sponsor and coachee are met
  • Backed by purpose and highly specific, with programmes directly linked to strategic objectives
  • Work is not done in isolation. Circumstantial, adaptable and contextual coaching and mentoring is provided at all times by partnering with you
