Why my specialist subject? Because I researched it for 12 months as part of my MSc Master’s Degree in Coaching & Mentoring, it being my Research Project Dissertation.

There is so much to examine in this topic, and organisations absolutely need to have a suite of metrics and analysis to be able to demonstrate that Coaching & Mentoring is critical to accelerating development in the corporate arena. Just saying it is NOT enough. Measure it.
