Jo is a Co-Founder of her own business Coaching Culture, a keynote Speaker, an accredited Coach, and best-selling author.

In this Episode, Jo talks through her own personal philosophy of Coaching, and how an appropriate Coaching programme can touch everyone in an organisation at whatever level – Coaching for all. She also discusses the inspiration for her best-selling book “No More S**t Managers”, real life descriptions case studies of some not-so-good examples of Management, compared to uplifting stories of Coaching successes.

With over 30 years of experience in a breadth of Leadership and Management roles in blue-chip organisations, Jo is a cultural change champion who firmly believes that being coached changed her own life, Jo is a passionate advocate of the impact of Coaching, and is now on a mission to help as many Organisations, Teams and Individuals to think differently through the power of Coaching.

Whilst her Coaching Culture approach offers the digital Coaching platform and Coaching content, Jo likes to add the human sparkle in her talks to inspire people to think differently, to develop essential Leadership skills, and Coaches Teams and Individuals to raise self-awareness that drives sustainable behavioural change.
