Episode 10: Marcus Beale

My Guest on this Episode of the Clarendon Chronicles Podcast is Marcus Beale.

Marcus is an extraordinary leader, operating in executive search at the highest level in the sector for many years.

However, beyond his professional achievements, of which there are many, Marcus has a simply amazing story to tell.

Outside of the commercial arena, Marcus has demonstrated remarkable determination and resilience by completing many ultra-endurance events, at the same time raising substantial funding for his chosen Charities.

Perhaps the pinnacle of these achievements came in 2020 when Marcus completed the amazing feat of rowing solo 3,000 miles across the Atlantic in 48 days – winning the event in a world record time, and raising the biggest amount of funds for a single event ever in relation to his chosen Charity.

Marcus generously joined me on the Clarendon Chronicles Podcast to share with us his invaluable insights into Leadership, Perseverance, Motivation, Mental Strength, Success & Integrity.

Hear how he approaches challenges and obstacles that would simply be too demanding for many, and how he transfers all the elements of Leadership from his ultra-endurance activities into the Corporate world.

Quite simply, this is an outstanding watch and listen!!
