Details of the Coaching

  

Number/duration of sessions


6 initial one-to-two-hour sessions, with the option of extending.

 

Fees per session


To Be Agreed. 

 

Regularity of sessions


Approximately every 3-4 weeks at the convenience of the Learner.

 

Date/time of first session


Eg.   1000 Monday 7 November 2022

 

Schedule of sessions – agreed times/date of sessions


Exact dates to be agreed at the first session.

 

Procedure –details of meetings e.g. venue and any arrangements to be made


Face-to-face sessions or Virtual. Both Learner and Coach agree that sessions may be held at alternative locations at the convenience of the Learner.

 

Changes –   arrangements for re-scheduling/cancelling coaching sessions


Two days’ notice to be given by Learner or Coach for re-scheduling sessions.

 

Additional support/extra time – details of extra assistance/sessions or support provided by Coach e.g. phone contact, write up of sessions, 


The Coach will be available between sessions for email correspondence. Both Coach & Learner to be open to receiving and giving feedback. Coach to be responsible for notetaking (agreed by Learner) 


Problems - procedure for Learner/Coach to identify issues/concerns

 

The Coach should be made aware of any problems or issues at the commencement of a Coaching session.

 

Termination 


By the Learner or Coach throughout the programme of sessions on a ‘no fault’ basis.

 

Statement of confidentiality – completed by the Coach


The Coach confirms that all matters raised or discussed in this Coaching contract, whether personal or in connection with the Learner’s business will remain completely confidential.

 

Coach’s commitment and objectives – completed by the Coach


The Coach is committed to Coaching and supporting the Learner through this Coaching programme. 

 

Nature of Coaching   – completed by the Coach and discussed with the Learner


The Learner is aware that the Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The Learner enters into the Coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. The Learner must be (and is) committed to achieving their goals and active in working towards them between sessions.

 

Formal Feedback


The Learner agrees to complete a feedback assessment on the performance of the Coach at the conclusion of the sessions.
