You and/or your organisation will agree with Clarendon a mutually-prepared Engagement 'Contract'. This will detail how the Engagement will work.
To develop the 'Contract', each Party will explore what the Objectives are for the Engagement - for the Individual, the Team, the Organisation, or all of the Parties together.
There is no set format! The style of the Engagement is to suit the Coachee/Mentee. Engagements can be In-Person or Virtual, Office-based or Home-based, or even just part of an agreed Activity eg. Taking a walk, having a coffee etc.
That is up to you as well. You agree with Clarendon how regular you wish the sessions to be, how many sessions you want, and how long they should be.
At the start of the Engagement, and at the start of each session, you and Clarendon will clarify your/your organisation's Goals. At the end of each session, you and Clarendon will offer Feedback for mutual benefit.
Whether an Organisation is a Party to the Contract or not, the Coaching & Mentoring discussions and feedback are 100% Confidential between the Individual and Clarendon. The Coach/Mentor is regulated himself by way of a Supervisory agreement with a qualified Coaching/Mentoring Supervisor, who reviews the Engagements of Clarendon on a 100% guaranteed anonymous basis.
